About this Pungume trip
Pungume is a small island in Menai Bay, off Zanzibar's southern tip, with a sandbank that appears at low tide. Boats leave from Kizimkazi, and the trip is quieter than the busy sandbanks near Stone Town.
You snorkel, relax on the sand and eat a seafood barbecue prepared by the crew. Dolphins are sometimes seen on the way out, but they are wild and never guaranteed.

Pungume is further from Stone Town and usually much quieter.
Will we see dolphins?
Sometimes. Our crews don't chase them, so treat any sighting as a bonus.
